These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded online with VEGOTEX INTERNATIONAL NV. Please read it carefully before placing an order. All agreements are subject to and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. In addition, all disputes between us are settled exclusively by the Belgian courts. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your legal rights.

By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions. All transactions with VEGOTEX INTERNATIONAL NV are subject to these general terms and conditions.

"The company", "we" or "us / our" always refers to VEGOTEX INTERNATIONAL NV. "The customer" always refers to the person or persons who purchase goods from the company or agree to purchase goods. Any reference to the website implies a reference to all URLs owned by VEGOTEX INTERNATIONAL NV.

ART. 1 - PRICES

All prices are in euros. They do not include VAT at the applicable rate, unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

ART. 2 - ORDERS

To purchase a product, you must first add the product to your shopping cart. You have access to a shopping cart if you have an approved account with us. You can obtain this approved account by logging in or registering. We reserve the right not to accept an account or registration without establishing or negotiating any communication.

The purchase agreement can be concluded in the language of the website from which you are purchasing.

We accept orders via online transactions (secure server). All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and approval by the card issuer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact. If the issuer of your card refuses to agree to your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery and / or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.

Please note: minors (under 18 years of age) are not allowed to make the purchase unless they have permission from parents or guardians.

ART. 3 - DELIVERY

Ordered products are delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery method. All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from the day after your order. All goods are delivered subject to their availability. Promotions always run during the specified period or while supplies last. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days, we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date.

If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, you can cancel the undelivered orders / products at any time after you have been informed of the late delivery. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund of the item or items concerned. If the goods delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not correspond with the items stated on the delivery note or do not correspond with the items you ordered, you must report this and return the items to us within 14 days. calendar days after their receipt.

If we do not receive such notice, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as being satisfactory. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damage due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. Our liability in such cases is limited to the value of the items that are proven not to have been received by the customer.

ART. 4 - RETURN ARRANGEMENT

We do not accept any form of return of goods once received by you. This is in no way against the law on online sales as this online sale takes place in a business context.

If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, please fill in the information on the return note with a description of the damage and return it to us within 14 calendar days together with the item in its original packaging. When appropriate, we will exchange the item or refund the full cost price. The customer is responsible for shipping the goods.

Please also clearly indicate what is wrong with the purchased product, or indicate where something is wrong. All items must be returned to us in a neat and orderly condition, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

ART. 5 - PRODUCTS

We make every effort to ensure that the colors on the website correspond as closely as possible to those of the actual product. Certain colors may differ due to technical limitations.

ART. 6 - FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for any breach of our obligations if this is the result of or caused by employment disputes or any other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, such as acts of God, riots and disturbances, flooding, fire, strike, lockout, trouble finding transportation and the passing of laws. If due to such circumstances it becomes impossible for the company to deliver the ordered items in whole or in part within a reasonable period of time, the liability of the company will be limited to the value of the items already delivered, plus any associated delivery costs.

We check prices and specifications to the best of our ability. While we make every effort to ensure that they are correct, we accept no responsibility for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without notice.

ART. 9 - OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

All articles delivered to the customer remain the property of VEGOTEX INTERNATIONAL NV until payment of all amounts due for the respective articles has been received by us.

ART. 10 - QUESTIONS OR COMPLAINTS

All questions, complaints or comments can be sent to our customer service department at [email protected] We make every effort to deal with your complaint within 5 working days of receipt. If we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, we will inform you of the probable period. We will keep you informed of any inquiry.

ART. 11 - SAFETY

We do everything we can to protect the safety of the users of our online ordering service as much as possible. We use SSL (secure socket layer) technology to secure your data during all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that third parties cannot read it. ART. 13 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform VEGOTEX INTERNATIONAL NV of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, back from us. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
